CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Items typically should be received within 7-15 business days after processing from the fulfillment date. Due to high volumes, there will be a delay during Holidays.
Orders not located in The U.S. can take up to a maximum of 60 days to arrive. If you would like a status on your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can't track your order until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped (your order number is NOT your tracking number). If you've received your tracking number and still can't track your package, please wait 5-7 business days. It won't have any tracking info until it's in your Country. You can track your order on http://www.17track.net/en
Once the package arrives in the U.S you can track it via USPS' website.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, we also work with multiple vendors that are located in other countries such as China, Australia,
Germany, and United Kingdom.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages even if you've specified combined shipping. Don't be alarmed if you received one product before another. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do not accept returns or exchanges but shoot us an email to explain the situation at email@example.com so we can find other resolutions.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM?
